Opdracht omschrijving
For the Recruitment & Employer Branding team we are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator/Assistant to step in on short term to support the Manager Recruitment & Employer Branding with various projects.
In addition but not limited there will be a need to support on topics such as:
- Coordinate appointments between candidates, recruiters and line managers.
- Manage general Recruitment e-mailbox and calls.
- Screening of candidates during telephone calls.
- Point of contact for candidates, managers, external parties.
- Collect, check and process candidate data (CVs, salary information, references, etc.).
- Coordination of online assessments (requests, monitor deadlines, sending to relevant persons).
- Draft job offers for new employees (based on input from Recruiters).
- Ensure accurate recruitment administration in recruitment system and excel overviews.
- Prepare and actively share reports and management information with regard to recruitment.
- Gather and check data related to online recruitment campains.
- Posting job vacancies on website and -where applicable- other (online) channels.
- Manage open applications.
- Provide non-technical support to users of the Recruitment System.
FUNCTIE EISEN/ -WENSEN:
- minimaal in het bezit van een afgeronde (MBO/HBO/WO) diploma
- uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift
