PMO | Projectmedewerker 

Location: Hoorn (NH) / remote
Start: 1 mei 2022
End: 01 okt 2022, possibly longer
38 hours

Project:
We are looking for a PMO to support the projects / programs within the Technology department. You will be part of- and report into the Central Project and Portfolio Management Office.
 

What are you going to do?

  • Support project and/or program management
  • Organizing required meetings
  • Preparing necessary documentation, meeting and decision materials
  • Support to update project and program planning
  • Ensures quality and timelines of planning and reports
  • Project budget controlling by checking the budget baseline with project actuals
  • Support in time registration
  • Safeguard that the agreed project managements standards are adhered too
  • Administrative and operational support of the project portfolio
  • Preparing necessary documentation in order to support setting up best practices, methodologies, tools and techniques
  • Knowledge sharing within the central PMO team

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years’ proven work experience as PMO
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Minimum Prince2 Foundation, P3O Foundation or MSP Foundation certified
  • Good knowledge of project processes and knowledge of different project/program methodologies
  • Expertise in MS PowerPoint and advanced knowledge of other MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel)
  • Experience with ServiceNow is preferable
  • Dutch and English speaking with all documentation to be completed in English
