Job Description:

The UX Digital Operations Specialist plays a crucial role within the IT UX Specialist Team, focusing on the operational aspects of maintaining and optimizing the suite of software applications utilized by members of the UX competence. This role contributes to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of employees by ensuring seamless access to essential tools and maintaining compliance with security and privacy standards.

Main Activities:

1. Process User Access Requests:

   • Evaluate user access requests, considering factors like membership status, motivation, and available licenses.
   • Manage access and license clean-up during personnel changes to maintain data integrity.

2. License Oversight:

   • Monitor license availability and liaise with License Management and Procurement to ensure timely acquisitions.
   • Forecast future license needs and prepare a simple business case for budget requests one year in advance.

3. Security Compliance:

   • Enforce security regulations by advocating for the implementation of Single Sign-On (SSO).
   • Establish limited-access workspaces and draft guidelines for secure data sharing with external parties.

4. Privacy Compliance:

   • Conduct privacy audits to identify and remove unused personal information.
   • Verify implementation of privacy guidelines in projects/products and collaborate with Legal for Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA) and Data Processing Agreements (DPA) when necessary.

5. Software Selection and Acquisition Support:

   • Assist in the selection and acquisition of new UX software, leveraging input from UX competence members.
   • Obtain approval from the IT Architecture Board and ensure proper registration of software in our systems, including ServiceNow and ARIS.

6. User Support:

   • Provide support to users, including collecting and forwarding questions to suppliers' support teams.
   • Communicate important software changes to users and solicit feedback to enhance user effectiveness and efficiency.

7. Supplier Relationship Management:

   • Maintain relationships with software suppliers' account managers to stay informed about product changes.
   • Provide feedback on software usage to suppliers, fostering a collaborative partnership.

FUNCTIE EISEN/ -WENSEN:

• Tarief is all-in maximaal 90,- (alles inclusief reiskosten, verblijfkosten en parkeerkosten, excl. BTW);
• Minimaal een afgeronde opleiding op HBO-niveau (bijv. HBO Industrieel Ontwerp, Human Technology of WO Industrial Design, Design for Interaction)
• Minimaal 6 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in vakgebied User Experience.
• Minimaal 4 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in een Agile ontwikkelomgeving.
• Aantoonbare werkervaring met en kennis van Design Thinking.
• Aantoonbare werkervaring met het ontwikkelen van Prototypes.
• Aantoonbare werkervaring met prototype tooling als Axure, Adobe XD, Sketch of Figma.
• Minimaal 1 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring bij een overheidsinstelling (> 1000 medewerkers).
• Aantoonbare werkervaring op het gebied van Accessibility en web richtlijnen.
• Aantoonbare werkervaring met het toepassen van Analytics ten behoeve van de UX.
• Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring met gamefication en gamedesign bij het ontwikkelen van onderwijsleermiddelen is een pré.
• Certificering door Human Factors en/of Nielsen Norman Group is een pré.
• Aantoonbare werkervaring met Design Systems en in data gedreven applicaties.
