Opdracht omschrijving
We are looking for a Scrum Master.
You need to be able guide the team in working Scrum including playing a role in the organization in identifying who should be the Product Owner. Align with the product owner on the priorities and ensure the technical team with data engineers and python developers deliver the agreed features in an AWS environment. This also means you sometimes need to go deeper in the content discussions to understand and help the team to derive the right conclusions.
Eisen:
Some knowledge/ characteristics that you need:
- Experience with AWS and Middleware tools;
- Experience in a Development- and Cloud environment;
- Excellent English understanding, verbally as well as written. Dutch is a pré;
- Strong communicator;
- Manage the environment of the team, ao creating trust, expected workload and conflict resolution;
- Coaching the team, motivate, build a self-organizing team and improve the performance of the team continuously;
- Knowledge of working Scrum, including guiding the ceremonies and registration;
- Experience with scaling Agile;
- Flexwork = 50/50;
- You are a catalyst and inspires & motivates people to embrace culture change and new ways of working;
- We would like to receive a motivation showing the required competencies.
