Opdracht omschrijving
As a Project Support you are the link between the project and site management, documentation control , purchasing, administration and technology. You support the Project Leads regarding the planning and administration relating to the purchase process, Electronic Documents Management System and meetings . In your role you are responsible for a smooth handling of the purchasing process. You work meticulously and in a structured manner. You have strong communication skills and liaise with contractors and suppliers and technical project managers to achieve reliable and substantiated records. You will work closely together with the Project Lead, Sub Project Lead and Lead Engineer and support where necessary to obtain a reliable forecast. The Project Support reports to the Project Leads.Â
Tasks and responsibilities will include:
– General support tasks, such as preparing minutes of project meetings, record work preparation of data and processes;
– Responsible for an accurate administration and processing of Purchase Orders / Request of Changes / Declaration of Performances;
– Preparing contracts regarding purchase order management, send them to the supplier, monitoring contracts;
– Capturing all data necessary for project file in an Electronic Documents Management System and Share Point;
– Assisting team members with filing documents in the Think Project and Share point;
– Collecting analysis from Team members for monthly Workstream reports;
– Active contribution to the continuous improvement of methods and processes;
– Providing necessary third party material and service.
Candidate profile:
• Bachelor degree (HBO) or College degree (MBO) with several years similar working experience;
• Interested in working in a project and technical environment;
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience as Assistant Project Leader. Preferable in a complex, infrastructural, technical organisation;
• Experience with automated (ERP) information systems. Think Project, Share Point and IFS experience is an advantage;
• Customer and result driven, great communication skills, pro active and cost-conscious;
• Strong analytic skills;
• Strong planning and organisation skills;
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Dutch;
• Experience in project-based work.
On average you will be spending your time 50/50% between Arnhem and Wijk aan Zee. A driving license and car is therefore mandatory.
Overige:
– VOG dient binnen te zijn voordat een kandidaat mag starten;
– Optie tot verlenging aanwezig.
