We are looking for a Shopper Marketing Manager Beverages

Experience as shopper marketeer is a must!

Delivers bespoke National Shopper Marketing Campaigns based on our National Brand calanders to maximize conversion and build brand equity of our beveragesbrand. Creates bespoke retailer customer overlays in sync with brand playbooks, delivers channel playbooks and specific channel activations. Initiates, Develops and execute shopper marketing initiatives for our  beverages portfolio: –

Resulting in a full year Shopper and Channel Calender. Develops bespoke channel activation plans for international customers,… deploying the available channel playbooks created by the sector team and aligning the activation with the local marketing team. Partners closely with the team on delivering best in class POS toolkit & fixed selling materials to support conversions of horeca outlets. He/She is the expert is seasoned in Shopper Marketing with experience in both OT as AFH channels. Ensure smooth and efficient delivery of local shopper marketing initiatives & full compliance with local reporting & budget management. Works closely together with the beverages marketing team to ensure brand programs & assets are perfectly translated in our shopper marketing agenda. Works closely with our field team to maximize execution of our brand shopper marketing programs instore effectively and efficiently. Ownership for the development of fully integrated instore brand campaigns as well as the the development of retailer customer overlays.


  • Set up overall National Shopper Calender based on Brand calendar
  • Translate brand plans into powerful channel activations for priotity channels: OT, Hard Discount, AFH trad Horeca, AFH QSR, Petrol
  • Develop and execute bespoke shopper campaigns based on Brand Initiatives for priority customers
  • Work closely together with the snacks shopper marketing counterparts to identify synergies and share expertise to deliver engaging instore execution
  • Work closely with snacks shopper marketing team to create strong power of 1 activation in store
  • Ownership for the development of fully integrated instore brand campaigns as well as the the development of retailer customer overlays.
  • Maximum conversion to purchase within the Consumer/Shopper Marketing funnel.
  • Responsible for ensuring all initiatives are in time and right quality.
  • Work with locally relevant agencies and functions (commercialisation / legal / regulatory / demand planning/ Business Analytics/ perfect store/ finance / sales / marketing agencies) to ensure clear sign off.
  • Lead relevant local projects through the steps/gates process (Accolade).
  • Management of all POs and budget Field Sales Force Engagement:.
  • Close collaboration with field sales force to maximize shopper marketing programs for Grains and Beverages OT and challenge available resources.



  • Maximaal uurtarief €92,- all-in (alles inclusief reiskosten, verblijfkosten en parkeerkosten, excl. BTW);
  • Sufficient Dutch and English proficiency (spoken and written, B2 Level).
  • Experience as shopper marketeer is a must!
