• Overall management of the department; attract, lead, coach, assess and develop / talent management of employees
• Accountable business partner for the departments
• Responsible for all activities relating to the Planning and Control cycle as (IPP, QR, QIR)
• Attract, lead, coach, assess and develop / talent management employees
• Responsible for cooperation and alignment within the department for the way of working within Business Guidance (BGD)
• Overall management of the department within Business Guidance, the team and it's performance ensuring the conditions for integrity of the interacting High Voltage Asset-activities; given the expected constraints, timeframe, quality and budget and with maximum acceptance by (internal and external) stakeholders.
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and the framework of the corporate governance and guidelines
• Active participation in creating a safe work environment for himself/herself, for colleagues, and for contractors
Vereisten
Required experience / background for this position:
• Academic/(executive) master in finance/ business economics or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in managing organizations dealing with multiple complex and highly interacting infra and/or offshore projects/activities with a diversity of stakeholders and complex business cases.
• Excellent (project) management skills: drive results, technical and financial performance, SHE, planning and quality in a high risk environment.
