We are looking for an International Marketeer.
International Marketeer follows the ‘one organization, one brand’ principle, with respect for the diversity and local entrepreneurship of our international branches. The focus for the Marketing team at our Head Office is to strengthen the brand in all countries where we are active and to support and challenge the branches to realize the best marketing results. Integrated marketing communications will be at the heart of this function.
- Building the visual identity. You have an eye for design and develop design templates with external agencies to build the visual identity as well as creating brand assets such as photography, card design, email templates and icons;
- Owning, guarding and updating the brand style guidelines and maintaining the image and content library;
- Contribute to brand positioning and initiate international projects where you bring in the brand narrative and visual identity and translate this into creation;
- Creating and managing branding content and communication messages, graphic images and design elements as part of marketing activities/ campaigns with the aim to strengthen the brand and experience;
- Work in close partnership with local markets and internal stakeholders to create engaging content and campaigns around key brand moments and audiences (annual report, launch app features, infographics, photography etc.). And you run and lead international projects independently;
- You are responsible for the Visual Identity and manage the relationships with design agencies.
FUNCTIE EISEN/ -WENSEN:
- Tarief is maximaal €80,- (alles inclusief reiskosten, verblijfkosten en parkeerkosten, excl. BTW);
- Affinity with the organization's mission;
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in branding, B2B and B2C areas, preferably in an international and mutli-disciplinary environment;
- A relevant Bachelor degree or higher;
- Experience with digital channels, digital marketing, marketing communications and marketing intelligence;
- Hands-on experiencie in project management and working in a agile way;
- You are meticulous in your work and you take initiative, you keep a good overview and you are focused on collaboration;
- Excellent command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing, Spanish, French or German language is nice to have.
