We are looking for a Advisor Internal Communication – Health & Vitality NL & DE.

Let op!: Je moet Engels, Duits en Nederlands spreken.

We are looking for an communication advisor with experience in advising and executing communication plans, writing content and brand management. The advisor will focus on internal communication and branding of our corporate health and vitality program. For this position we seek for an energizing, experienced communications advisor (+3 years of experience) who knows how to set the right tone and has experience in working with different internal and external stakeholders with an intrinsic interest in health & vitality. As a professional communication advisor, is it your second nature to give smart, thorough and surprising communication advice. You are a team player with a hands-on mentality that can also work independently. Can you combine strategic and tactical skills with operational excellence? Then we are looking for you!

In your role as Communication Advisor Health & Vitality, your focus will lie on internal communication and branding of our health & vitality program. You will be responsible for internal communication of all activities of our health & vitality program, such as promoting events, setting up newsletters, intranet pages and internal magazines in both operating countries (Germany and Netherlands).

FUNCTIE EISEN & – WENSEN:

  • You have a HBO or university education in the area of Marketing and/or Communication;
  • At least 3 years of experience as a communications professional;
  • You have strong communication skills;
  • You have experience in stakeholder management;
  • You have experience with positioning issues and (internal) program branding;
  • You have good project management skills (e.g. planning, monitoring);
  • You are proactive, you have a “can do” mentality and positive energy;
  • You are a creative as well as an outgoing, team-oriented person;
  • You have excellent talking & writing skills in German and Dutch;
  • Your native language is Dutch and/or German. Good level of English and Dutch/German proficiency is also mandatory;
  • Affinity with health & vitality is required;
  • Available as of October 2022.
  • Let op: reizen voor het werk naar Duitsland kan het geval zijn. Interviews zijn in het Engels.
  • Maximum travel distance to Arnhem is 1 hour.
