Team Overview: Our team is dedicated to accelerating the adoption of electrified heavy transport (HT) through our specialized charging solutions known as Power As A Service (PAAS). With a focus on sustainability, we are witnessing a surge in demand for our solutions, particularly in the Netherlands. To further strengthen our presence and drive growth, we are seeking an open-minded and proactive Business Developer to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview: As a Business Developer, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint within the Netherlands market. You will collaborate closely with an international team of business developers and technical experts who are passionate about pioneering innovative projects aimed at shaping an electrified future. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive impactful change while working on entrepreneurial ventures in the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business development and sales initiatives targeting the heavy transport segments in the Netherlands market.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging business opportunities, leveraging market insights and trends.
- Develop and execute sales plans tailored to the heavy transport sector, managing the pipeline effectively.
- Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with customers, ensuring ongoing engagement and expanding our business portfolio.
- Gain deep market understanding and collaborate with the international team to drive market-oriented innovation initiatives.
- Negotiate contracts, oversee technical and commercial bid preparation, and manage the coordination process.
- Share market expertise and insights internally to foster knowledge exchange and enhance organizational capabilities.
- Coordinate various stakeholders, including internal teams, suppliers, customers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications
Education:
– At least University/College Education
Specialization:
Relevant Bachelor or Master's degree (e.g., finance, business, engineering, or others)
Required Experience/Expertise:
– Experience and excellent understanding of sales and business development
– Ability to build strong customer relationships
– Openness to and excitement about new technologies and challenges
– Demonstrated ability to make a significant impact
– Desire to be part of a 'start-up' environment within the [Energy Company] group
– Fluency in English and Dutch is essential, both written and spoken
