Project description
PMO Medior/SeniorÂ
- 24-32 hours per week
- 60% onsite at office
- Start ASAP
- Duration: Initial 3 months with possible extension
We are looking for a PMO to support the Portfolios within the Technology department. You will be part of- and report into the Technology Central Project and Portfolio Management Office.

What are you going to do?
- Supporting Portfolio- and Project Management
- Supporting periodic budget and forecastingÂ
- Gatekeeping of Project stage-gates and making sure evidence is in place
- Organizing required meetings
- Preparing necessary documentation, meeting and decision materials
- Chasing open actions
- Safeguarding that the agreed Project Managements standards are adhered too with the required quality
- Supporting to update Project and Portfolio planning
- Ensuring quality and timelines of planning and reports
- Supporting in time registration
- Preparing necessary documentation in order to support setting up best practices, methodologies, tools and techniques
- Knowledge sharing within the central PMO team
- Administrative and operational support of the Project Portfolio
Requirements
Â
- Minimum 4 years proven work experience as PMO, any previous experience with Portfolio Management support is an advantage
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Minimum Prince2 Foundation, P3O Foundation or MOP Foundation certified
- Experienced in PMO Financial Management and / or control
- Good knowledge of Project processes and knowledge of different Project methodologies
- Expertise in MS PowerPoint and advanced knowledge of other MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel)
- Experience with ServiceNow is preferable
- Dutch and English speaking with all documentation to be completed in English
