Opdracht omschrijving

Je gaat je met name bezig houden met administratieve werkzaamheden. Kijkend naar de werkzaamheden is HBO niveau nog steeds een eis. Bovendien is dedruk op de afdeling vrij groot en kan het wat onrustig zijn. Dit betekent datde kandidaat stressbestendig moet zijn en zijn/haar mannetje moet durven staan.

Role & Responsibilities
The HR Administrator is responsible for executing personnel and contractoradministration, applying HR tools and instruments and providingmanagement-information in order to ensure a correct, accurate and actualadministration and support in an effective and efficient manner. This means:
• Support and execute activities related to payroll and compensation, in orderto ensure timely and correct salary payments.
• Execute the personnel and contractor administration, within the formulatedguidelines, in order to ensure a complete and actual availability of personnelinformation.
• Manage the HR systems and tools, in order to realize the availability ofup-to-date HR management information.
• Project related activities.

Do you have?
• Higher (HBO) vocational education, preferably in human relations relatedarea;
• 3 years of experience in an administrative job (Preferably within the HRdomain)
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills (excel, word etc.)
• Relevant experience with working in a complex matrix organizations withcomplex regulations and employment conditions;
• High ability to plan, organize and work towards results;
• High attention to detail and fun in researching human related topics;
• Pro-active and Customer focus;
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and adapt to change.
• Numerical understanding
• Good knowledge of the English language
• Able to see relations between actions and consequences
• Experience with fleet administration
• Good knowledge of “wet poortwachter” (absenteeism)

You will be working within the HR Shared Service Center (HR SSC). This HRdepartment consists of four people Within the HR SSC the customer is veryimportant. Within the set limits we will do our best to support our customersthe best we can. You will get the opportunity to plan your work independentlyand there is always room for good initiatives and ideas.
